German Language Course Levels & Progression Roadmap
Short answer: Complete beginners start with German A1. German Learning School teaches four CEFR levels in order — A1, A2, B1 and B2 — in live online Zoom classes. A1 and A2 take about 6–8 weeks each, B1 about 8–10 weeks and B2 about 10–12 weeks, so reaching B2 from zero typically means 30–38 weeks of classes.
